CLINICAL & OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

RHS provides consultation to optimize clinical and operational performance. Assessments and evaluations on intradepartmental, interdepartmental, organization-wide, network or group operations are conducted. Approaches for cost reductions, application of lean methods for greater efficiencies, and process improvements for quality patient care and optimal patient flow are formulated.

Key performance indicators (KPI) are adopted across the board using internationally accepted and published definitions for standardization. KPIs can encompass clinical quality, patient safety, operational and financial metrics. Various, disparate data sources can be integrated and measures programmed for objective reporting through automation.

RHS also conducts independent and comprehensive due diligence reviews of operations and financial performance to determine potential risks and areas of improvement for consideration in potential acquisitions, mergers, or partnerships.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

RHS provides services to prepare for, achieve, and maintain accreditation with local and international regulatory and accrediting bodies including Joint Commission International. As part of our consultation, standards, processes, and solutions are devised to improve patient care, enhance safety, and yield quality outcomes.

FACILITIES, PLANNING & DESIGN

RHS possesses expertise in planning and designing hospitals as well as in implementing the full turnkey project. We advise on internationally accepted regulatory and clinical codes and requirements as well as operational needs throughout the construction and into the operational phases. In addition, RHS provides equipment advice and procurement services from formulating initial budget proposals and drafting equipment specifications to purchasing, testing, and commissioning of equipment and training staff.

COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT & TRAINING

RHS conducts assessments and provides onsite training and educational programs to validate healthcare professional staff competencies, improve individual and organizational performance, enhance productivity, and achieve better outcomes.
